Department Head Gives Lecture on Ethical Managment

Each month since April 2010 staff must participate in an Ethical Management Education seminar led by the head of the department. Its purpose is to establish a corporate culture of ethical management and refresh staff¡¯s morale. About five-hundred department heads from both headquarters and the field study a text book prepared by the Ethical Management Department to set a positive example for the rest of the staff.
